Cancellation Policy

At OrgHealth Psychology Consultants, we value both your time and our commitment to delivering high-quality, focused sessions. To ensure the best possible experience:

 

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge.
  • Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session rate.
  • No-shows (appointments missed without any prior notice) will be charged in full.
    Thank you for helping us maintain effective scheduling and honor the time of all participants.

 

Attendance & Session Participation Policy

Successful outcomes from our consulting and wellness engagements rely on consistent and active participation. Accordingly:

 

  • Clients are expected to join sessions punctually and remain present for the full scheduled time.
  • For virtual sessions, clients must ensure a private, quiet environment and reliable internet connection.
  • Repeated late arrivals, shortened sessions, or failure to engage meaningfully may result in service disruption or reconsideration of program eligibility.
    Our consultants are committed to delivering a professional, structured experience grounded in behavioral science and organizational health expertise.

 

 

Scope of Service

OrgHealth Psychology Consultants provides non-clinical, evidence-based consulting and behavioral health optimization services.

Our offerings include:

OrgHealth Psychology Consultants does not diagnose or provide clinical therapy services. Instead, we focus on behavioral insights, executive leadership strategy, and organizational wellness outcomes.

Our assessments and recommendations are not clinical evaluations or medical diagnoses. All clinical or treatment-related determinations must be made by a licensed healthcare professional.

By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge that the purpose of consultation is to enhance behavioral insight, leadership capability, and organizational wellness, not to replace medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

Refund Policy

 

At OrgHealth Psychology Consultants, we strive to provide services that deliver measurable value and behavioral insight for every client. Due to the nature of consulting and organizational behavioral services:

 

  • All fees are non-refundable once a service has been started or delivered, including sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, audits, assessments, or reports.
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances before services are executed, at the discretion of OrgHealth Psychology Consultants, and must be requested in writing within 7 days before service delivery.
  • Prepaid retainers or deposits for services not yet rendered may be partially refundable if the engagement is canceled at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled start date.

 

Any refunds approved will be processed within 30 days of written confirmation.

 

 

This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our consultants, while maintaining consistency in scheduling and service delivery.

Contracts & Engagement Agreements Policy

 

All services provided by OrgHealth Psychology Consultants require a formal engagement agreement or contract prior to service delivery. This ensures clarity and mutual understanding regarding expectations, scope, fees, and confidentiality.

  • Contracts must be signed by an authorized representative of the client organization before services commence.
